• Phone calls: calls to our business line may be answered or handled by an automated answering service, which may record or transcribe calls and capture caller details to route your request. You'll be told when you call if a call is recorded.
• Technical data: standard server and security logs (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting provider, and, if enabled, website analytics as described below.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, confirm coverage and availability, and provide service.
• To contact you by phone call or text message about your request, where you've agreed to that.
• To keep service records and findings for trucks we work on.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the business, which may include website hosting and security (Cloudflare), form delivery (Web3Forms), email, an AI phone-answering service, customer-relationship tools, and analytics. They process information on our behalf to provide those services.

Analytics and cookies

If enabled, we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and/or Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to measure site usage, including clicks on call buttons. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We keep request and service information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
