Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a diagnosis of any specific vehicle and does not replace manufacturer procedures or a qualified technician's inspection.

Service requests are not a guarantee

• Submitting a request or calling does not guarantee that a technician will be dispatched, or any arrival time.
• Dispatch depends on technician availability, distance, vehicle coverage and safe working conditions, and is confirmed by phone.
• Diagnostic coverage and available functions depend on the vehicle, software, license and equipment. Some faults cannot be resolved on-site.
• Any pricing, fees or estimates are provided directly before work is authorized; nothing on this site is a price quote.

Safety and compliance

We may decline or stop work if a location or vehicle condition is unsafe. We do not perform emissions deletes, defeat devices, derate bypasses, or regenerations where the manufacturer's prerequisites or safety checks are not met. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is lawfully and safely located for service.

Not an emergency service

RoadCall is not an emergency responder. In an emergency, call 911.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadCall is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
