Mobile Heavy-Duty Diagnostics

Mobile Heavy-Duty Truck Diagnostics

A warning lamp or fault message tells you something is wrong — not what to fix. We bring heavy-duty diagnostic software and adapters to the truck, read the modules, look at live data, and work toward the actual cause so you can make a decision on repair, parts, or getting back on the road.

Calls accepted 24/7. On-site dispatch subject to technician availability and safe service conditions.

Call us when you're seeing

  • Check engine, stop engine, or amber warning lamps
  • Fault messages on the dash or in your fleet telematics
  • Intermittent faults that clear and come back
  • Low power, rough running, or hard starting with stored codes
  • Faults after a recent repair that need a second look
  • A need for a documented scan before deciding where to send the truck

What the visit covers

Fault-code retrieval

Active and inactive codes from supported engine, aftertreatment, transmission and chassis modules, with freeze-frame and occurrence information where the software provides it.

Live data review

Sensor and actuator data with the engine running or key-on, compared against expected values to separate a failed component from a wiring, supply, or upstream problem.

Guided troubleshooting

Following the fault-code logic with targeted tests rather than guessing at parts. Some tests require the truck running, warm, or parked in a safe spot.

Clear findings

A plain-language explanation of what we found, what we tested, what we could and couldn't confirm on-site, and recommended next steps.

Straight talk on safety & compliance

  • We don't clear codes to hide a problem — we find the cause first.
  • No emissions deletes, defeats or derate bypasses. Ever.
  • If a repair needs parts, a shop or extra hands, we'll tell you exactly what's needed and help get it lined up.

Questions about this service

What makes do you work on?

We work on supported commercial diesel vehicles. Coverage depends on the specific truck, engine, model year and the diagnostic software and adapter available, so give us the year, make, model and engine when you call and we'll confirm before dispatching.

Will you just clear the codes?

No. Clearing codes without finding the cause usually means the fault comes back — often at a worse time. We diagnose first and only clear codes when the repair or procedure is complete and it's appropriate to do so.

Truck down or throwing codes?

Call with the truck's year, make, model, engine, the fault messages and your exact location. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help and when.
